Novikombank introduced a new design of a mobile application for Android and iOS. The updated mobile application features significantly improved ergonomics of the interface and navigation. The key goal of the Bank was to improve the application taking into account the desires of clients, so that it meets the best modern practices. To use the new version, you must update or reinstall the application.

Now, the main screen of Novikombank’s application contains all the client’s products with the option to mark the main one and quickly switch to it. New navigation allows you to quickly find the necessary functions. The menu contains actions with products, history of operations, location on the map, and transition to profile settings. The graphic style is distinguished by bright colors, thematic animation and ease of perception, which allows a user to easily navigate the functionality of the mobile application.

The work on updating Novikombank’s mobile application was conducted in partnership with BSS Company, specializing in the development and implementation of the RBS systems. To study user requests, develop design and control usability (ease of use), BSS attracted AIC, an expert in the field of creating service interfaces for banking and financial solutions.

"Today, the lion’s share of clients’ banking operations takes place in a mobile application — here you can apply for a loan product, a deposit, pay off a loan, make a quick transfer, buy currency and more. Thus, the convenience and ease are the key parameters that the Bank’s mobile application must meet. That is why we carried out a truly deep and serious work to update the interface so that our clients assess the new opportunities for remote interaction with the Bank," German Belous, deputy chairman of the management board, said.

Novikombank is a reliable client and partner of BSS. It uses BSS’s RBS systems for both corporate and retail clients, as well as other services developed by BSS. The project to update the Internet bank and mobile bank for individuals was launched in April 2019. Over the five months of work, the modification of the form design affected not only the appearance, but also the logic of the bank’s client work with the RBS system. In the near future, expanding the product and functional capabilities of the system is planned.
