RGS Bank updated the Internet Bank and Mobile Bank remote banking systems for individuals.

The functionality has been expanded in remote services due to options such as opening virtual bank cards in Russian rubles and US dollars, remote closing of current and savings accounts, automatic updating of account balances online. Also, users of the Internet and mobile banking can now send scanned copies of required documents to the bank by signing letters with an SMS code and subscribe to budget payments (traffic police fines, information from tax authorities, etc.)

Additionally, as part of the mobile application for iPhone devices, the functionality of card tokenization is implemented. In the updated application, clients can add RGS Bank’s Mastercard cards (including virtual ones) to their electronic wallet for contactless payment using Apple Pay.

To access the new functionality, just install the latest version of the mobile application (login and password will remain the same). If the client is already a user of Internet Banking, it is enough to use the existing login and password to enter the mobile application. After installing the application, a new client who connects to remote banking systems for the first time needs to register and call the contact center to gain access.

"Internet Bank" and "Mobile Bank" for retail clients of RGS Bank were created based on solutions by BSS. New features will allow individuals to use banking services and products in remote channels more comfortable, easier and safer. Additional functionality makes services more convenient, which helps to increase loyalty of RGS Bank’s clients.
