Limited Liability Company BSS was founded in 1994. At the present moment it leads the area of development and implementation of automated systems for remote banking (RBS) and finance management.
The Company offers a comprehensive suite of services for remote banking organization for all types of bank customers (corporate and private customers, branches and subsidiaries, correspondent banks, exchange offices, etc.)

- "Enterprise Clearing Centre (ECC)" — a full-featured solution ensuring automated centralized on-line finance management for corporations with geographical and organization structure of any complexity.

In partnership with its subsidiary companies BSS provides innovative solutions and services:
- BSS Engineering (LLC) — developing and implementation of integration solutions based on the industrial platforms, project management on implementation and integration of IT-systems;
- BSS-Security (LLC) — IT-security providing;
- "SPC" (LLC) — a complex of services SPC-INVOICING including the information service for invoices and advance payments, the service of legal e-documents exchange, the sales service, the advertising service as well as new payment vehicles for banks’ clients and goods and services suppliers.
For government organizations BSS develops and implements high-technology systems to ensure the processes of public and municipal services providing and execution of state and municipal functions in electronic form as, for instance, the system of guaranteed delivery "SGD BS-eRegion", the information system of charges and payments registration "UNP BS-eRegion", the system of electronic transactions processing "TPS-BSS" and etc.
