Founded in 1994, BSS have been developing and implementing software products designed for various economic sectors. Digital2Speech
An omnichannel dialog platform — is our flagship product. This comprehensive platform was developed in Russia. You deploy the platform in your local network with data leaks prevented completely. You may also consider a cloud solution for your customers.

Digital2Speech comprises various modules (including Speech Analytics and Voice Biometrics) running with a single core. TTS (Text-to-Speech) predictive synthesis ensures a minimum delay in reply simulation to save up to 50% of computing capacity. Our technologies support enriched oral speech experience as we take into account such subtle aspects as emotions, intonation etc. that are the key difference between oral and written speech.

The platform is leveraged to support your customers through all channels, including most natural ones — oral and written speech.

With us, you take your omnichannel experience to the highest level — starting a dialog in a voice channel and continuing in a text chat and vice versa.

Our high usability toolkit supports your fast adaptation or development of new dialog scenarios without outsourcing.

We deliver the whole range of natural speech experience, which reveals more information than a mere text. We adapt and localise language patterns, with crowd sourcing applied as needed. Our analytical integration platform — is our baseline for the set of information security services we deliver. This is a single point solution to prevent fraud in transactions between your bank and legal entities and individuals within remote banking systems. It delivers data protection in line with the requirements set by RF Federal Law 167-ФЗ (Rus. spelling).
