BSS sums up the results of 2006
In the early 2007 BSS, specializing in design, development, and implementation of IT solutions for on-line banking, is summing up the results of its activities. 2006 was one of most successful periods throughout our 12-years' history by many a criterion.
Over all those years, we have steadfastly increased efficiency in all areas of activities as thus the quality of our solutions, which provide credit institutions with tools of ensuring high-end remote banking for their customers.
Significant efficiency enhancement is mostly due to the team work and our awareness of primary importance and value of our specialists.
Evaluations in 2006 by the analytical agencies of "Expert", iOne, CNews, and others show that BSS tops the list of on-line banking systems developers. Specific research by OTR shows that solutions by BSS again top the rating list of Russian RBS systems.
The Company is growing with the same pace - our turnover is almost 1.5 as much as that of the previous year.
In the late 2006 the Company successfully passed the first supervisor audit of our quality management system (QMS), which is certified against the international standard ISO 9001:2000. Based on the audit results, our quality management system is acknowledged as efficient and providing main procedures for constant improvement (required by this standard). It should be noted that BSS is the first among RBS solution vendors to have a quality management system certified against the international standard ISO 9001:2000 (Certificate No. 177632, issued by BVQI Russia).
During 2006, we implemented over 50 large projects in dozens leading Russian banks, many of which are TOP-100. Over 130 banks and subsidiaries joined our customer base. Also, leading credit institutions in former CIS countries gave preference to BSS's solutions.

In 2006, we were actively developing new solutions enabling credit institutions to enhance their business and provide high quality services.
In 2006 the new version 17 (v.17.3) of "RBS BS-Client" was presented to the banking market. The system ensures establishment of centralized on-line banking for businesses by a geographically distributed multi-discipline bank. The solution has considerable advantages: enhanced interface, capability to apply a third approval signature (which is topical for the banking payment workflow within holding-like structures), capabilities to operate the system on a Flash carrier, etc.
Our new generation solution "BSSolutions" It should be highlighted. It enjoys comprehensive automation of all points of contact with banking end users in the 24õ7õ365 mode, impressive list of banking products and channels to provide them, extensive capabilities of their extension, tailoring, and upgrading, as well as appropriate performance and easy scalability.
In 2006, the announced "Cellular Client" subsystem of the "RBS BS-Client. Retail Client" solution generated considerable excitement. This subsystem provides the capability to manage your accounts through a Java application downloaded into the memory of your cellular telephone. The solution ensures the 'pocket bank' concept. It complies with the usability, simplicity, safety, and security requirements as well as takes up just a bit of your phone memory, thus enabling usage of most mobile phones. "Cellular Client" is a mass service with a high development potential. It provides your bank with an additional capability to attract private customers as it provides a simple and easy-to-get service.
During the past year, we continued active development of the technology for finance management automation for a group of enterprises. Increased popularity of BSS's solution in this area is confirmed by "Enterprise Clearing Centre" being chosen for monitoring of financial status, control and acceptance of internal and external funds movements, management of remaining funds of a corporation by multiple large credit institutions and holdings in Russia. In particular, "Gazprombank" (ZAO) concluded a contract with BSS to deliver, expand, implement, support the software complex of on-line banking and enterprise clearing centre (SC RBS-ECC).
