BSS sums up the results of 2007
As usual, BSS, specializing in creating comprehensive solutions for remote banking and finance management, is summing up the results of the past year.
Thirteen years of joint effort of all staff now see BSS leading the market. The study, carried out by CNews Analytics, shows that "...almost half of the market of systems for e-servicing of businesses is covered by just one vendor — "Bank's soft systems" (46.5%). The next competitor is far behind by the number of installed systems".
This year, we were still fast developing.
Our turnover increased 1.5 times as compared to the previous year.
BSS's customer base enlarged by more than 150 credit institutions in RF and former CIS countries.

Autumn 2007 saw BSS successfully pass the second supervisor audit of our quality management system (QMS), which is certified against the international standard ISO 9001:2000. The audit showed our QMS to conform to all requirements of the international standard that "Bank's soft systems" sticks to.
It should be noted that BSS is the first among RBS solution vendors to have a quality management system certified against the international standard ISO 9001:2000 (Certificate No. 177632, issued by BVQI Russia).
In 2007, BSS was still actively implementing remote banking systems in branch networks of largest Russian banks, such as:
- "Gazprombank"
- "MBRD"
- "Russian Agricultural Bank"
- "Russ-Bank"
- "Sviaz-bank"
- "Transcreditbank"
- "Uniastrum Bank"
and others
In 2007, our customer base was enlarged with top 100 multi-branch Russian banks, such as "Russian International Bank" , "TRUST" National bank", "RUSSIA", "Moscow Industrial Bank", "MOSCOW CAPITAL", as well as banks with partially foreign stock: "Toyota Bank", "KMB-Bank", "Bank of Cyprus", "Woori Bank", "DaimlerChrysler Bank Rus", and others.
In 2007 "Bank's soft systems" was upgrading its legacy systems and developing new solutions.
We brought on the market a new version of "RBS BS-Client" v.17.4 for businesses. The system ensures establishment of centralized remote banking for businesses by a geographically distributed multi-discipline bank.
During this year, "Bank's soft systems" was elaborating solutions for corporate finance management. Increased popularity of such solutions by BSS is confirmed by the fact that in 2007 some large credit institutions such as "Vozrozhdenije", "RRDB", "Moscow Capital", "NOMOS Bank", etc. chose our "Enterprise Clearing Centre" (ECC)
This year saw increased interest of banks in our solutions ensuring comprehensive private banking. "RBS BS-Client. Retail Client" was implemented in 2007 in such leading banks as "Sviaz-bank", "Evrofinance Mosnarbank", "Russian Bank for Development", "Bank "Saint Petersburg" and others.
BSS's Training centre was launched in the summer of 2007.
The primary task of the Centre is to provide IT specialists with the capability to master advanced solutions for remote banking and corporate finance management with the aim to increase efficiency of our RBS system operation in credit institutions and better the quality of customer servicing.
Our new corporate web site version started live for convenience of our customers.
In 2007 BSS took an active part in almost all events important on the bank sector scale: VII International Forum iFin-2007, IV Urals Forum of ABS vendors, XVIII Conference of the Association of Russian Bankers, the "Retail Financial Business — Showtime!" conference, XIII Forum of IBS vendors, Third International Banker Forum "Organizational Technologies in Banks – 2007", Tenth Moscow International Forum for payment cards in Russia, TIBO-2007, Bank IT’07, and others.
Summing up its activities over the past year, "Bank's soft systems" is grateful to our current and potential customers and looking forward to effective and mutually beneficial co-operation in 2008.
