Maintenance of ECC

1. Upgrades of the official ECC version in accordance with the local legislation, CBRF's instructions, and regulation documents;
2. Other target upgrades of the official ECC version;
3. Receive questions concerning ECC operation and promptly resolve them by telephone, e-mail, or fax on workdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Hot-Line);
4. Provide support information at our official web site at http://www.bssys.com/, including private forum for BS-Client users.
