Notification Server
Notification Server is a self-supporting technological service ensuring auto-notifications of customers (businesses and individuals) of credit institutions through various communication channels.
Features
Notification Server enables the bank to auto-advise its customers through SMS, e-mail, voice messages, and facsimile. Based on XML queries from the bank's information systems (CRM, ABS, RBS, processing, etc.), the system auto-generates messages on crediting/debiting of funds, executing of transactions within a trading network, cash disbursements in ATMs, changed limits, effective dates of plastic cards, other scheduled events: due dates of loan payments, changed prices, quotations, etc.
With the unified XML format of queries to send messages, the bank's specialists can self customize customer notifications of any events recorded within various information systems of the bank.
Notification Server would auto-redirect notifications if there are different delivery channels (e.g., e-mail or fax) or delivery addresses of message recipients.
The figure below outlines the general architecture of Notification Server:

Working in the system
Notification Server sends advices on system events through modern communication channels – through SMS, e-mail, voice, fax.
