"Bank's soft systems" aims to provide its customer credit institutions with the capability to efficiently interoperate with their private customers. To ensure efficient interoperation with individuals, BSS offers a full feature replicatable solution ensuring friendly and secure electronic banking for retail customers through the Internet, PDAs, self-service kiosks, cellular and regular telephones – "RBS BS-Client. Retail Client".

Internet-Client (Internet banking - "thin" browser Bank-Client)
Telephone-Client (Telebanking - system for information and payment services through telephone)
Information Client (Internet banking rendered through the Internet in the informational mode)
Mobile Client (Internet banking for communicators and pocket PCs)
WAP Client (WAP banking)
Self-Service Kiosk (individual teller terminal designed for self service. It provides a suite of banking products through Internet banking and telephone banking )
MobiPass (document signature calculator representing an application for cellular telephones supporting Java)
Cellular Client

Each of the above subsystems can run independently.
