To ensure efficient interoperation with individuals, BSS offers a full feature replicatable solution ensuring friendly and secure electronic banking for retail customers through the Internet, PDAs, self-service kiosks, cellular and regular telephones "RBS BS-Client. Retail Client".

- Information Client (Internet banking rendered through the Internet in the informational mode)
- Mobile Client (Internet banking for communicators and pocket PCs)

- Self-Service Kiosk (individual teller terminal designed for self service. It provides a suite of banking products through Internet banking and telephone banking )
- MobiPass (document signature calculator representing an application for cellular telephones supporting Java)
- Cellular Client
Each of the above subsystems can run independently.
