iPhone-Client

"iPhone-Client" is a subsystem of the complex solution "RBS BS-Client. Private Client" which provides qualitative information and payment service to bank’s private customers by means of iPhone.

 

Functionality

iPhone-banking is focused on VIP-clients of a bank and provides a wide spectrum of banking services:

Payment services:

  • service payments (fees);
  • book transfer;
  • transfer between client’s cards and accounts.

Information services:

  • card balance;
  • account balance;
  • account statement;
  • card statement;
  • a bank’s office / cash dispenser – search of the office with its address and the list of banking services displaying on a map;
  • bank’s news – address information dispatches, new banking products annonces, special offers for clients.

Work in the system

The "iPhone-Client" subsystem does not presuppose any installation of the additional software. Wide technical possibilities of the device provide its comfortable use as much as possible:

  • the convenient user interface that uses the visual style common for iPhone applications makes the application perceived as preinstalled;
  • the application runs on iPhone, iPhone 3G, 3GS that allows access to banking services irrespective of the type of the device;
  • the user interface has multilingual support with an option to switch between languages that facilitates communication and service for foreign citizens;
  • the application menu can be adjusted by the bank to give its clients maximum navigation comfort;
  • the application can be easily installed via iTunes and easily uninstalled with the full removal of local data and options;
  • the security of payment transactions performed with the application is provided by means of two-factor authentication.
