Front-Office Light

"Front-Office Light" is a new subsystem of the complex "RBS BS-Client. Private Client" solution that allows bank tellers to provide private customers with the whole range of banking services in branch, supplementary and mini-offices.

Functionality 

"Front-Office Light" offers bank tellers the following possibilities:

• supplying customers with comprehensive information on their accounts and cards;
• payments and money transfers (national and foreign currency transfers, currency exchange, intrabank funds transfers between customers, card accounts replenishment and withdrawal, utility payments);
• deposit accounts management: opening, withdrawal before maturity date, replenishment and partial withdrawal;
• credit accounts management: accepting applications, displaying payment schedules, loan calculator;
• payments to various service providers;
• cash acceptance and dispense;
• buying and selling unit trusts shares, shares exchange, accepting various statements concerning unit trusts.

Work in the system

A teller performs all business operations using a uniform interface provided by means of a Web-browser and confirms them with his/her EDS (Digital Signature). Customers with personal digital signatures can use them to confirm their operations.
