The "Bar-Code Operator" subsystem of the complex solution for businesses "RBS BS-Client@ is meant for instant input of paper-based payment document details by reading its bar-code.
Features
"Bar-Code Operator" enables credit institutions to enjoy all advantages of automated processing of financial data events with clients that are not served on-line. System capabilities:
- Provide a common (within the comprehensive solution by single vendor) delivery channel for electronic as well as paper-based payment documents from clients to ABS through "RBS BS-Client";
- Raise the amount of payment documents not requiring manual input to 90-95% of the total amount;
- Correct integration with most Russian ABSs through "RBS BS-Client" gates agreed on with developers;
- Faultless transmission of details even with damaged original documents;
- Common interface for interoperation with ABS through "RBS BS-Client";
- Installation of remote workplaces in additional offices or operational offices;
- Bank system integration gate standard for "RBS BS-Client".
Working in the system
The distinctive feature of "Bar-Code Operator" is that you input payment documents through reading bar codes from their paper copies.
With the payment documents input started, the system starts to scan them. You can view and edit payment orders until the Operator completes.
