"RBS BS-Client. Retail Client" v.2.0
The "RBS BS-Client. Retail Client" v.2.0 is a fully-featured solution designed for private customers. The system is aimed at providing banking services in a simple and convenient form on the principle of "always and everywhere". It allows to meet customer’s demands for 24x7 banking service delivered through various channels, such as the Internet, fixed and mobile phone, pocket PC, SMS, WAP, Self-Service Kiosks etc.
The new version of the solution supports new means of signature formation: SMS-Password and eToken-Password. The capabilities list of the "Internet-Client" subsystem has also been extended to include:

a new block of documents "Investments" that was introduced to provide the following functionality: replenishment of investment funds (share acquisition), accepting requests for multiple share acquisition, shares reimbursement, shares exchange, accepting statement requests, customer application form, transfers to the Broker House;

extra service capabilities: demonstration of advertising banners of the bank, printing bank statements to Microsoft Word, support of temporary password mode – in case of its activation the customer is bound to change his/her password during the first logon to the system.
The new "Front-Office Light" functionality has been introduced beside the improvement of the existing capabilities of the "RBS BS-Client. Retail Client" v.2.0 system.
"Front-Office Light" is a new subsystem that supports selling the full range of banking services to private customers in departments or mini-offices of the bank. This subsystem is intended for bank tellers and provides the following functionality:

access to any information concerning customers’ accounts and cards;

payments and money transfers (national and foreign currency transfers, currency exchange, intrabank funds transfers between different customers, card accounts replenishment and withdrawal, utility payments);

deposit accounts management: opening, withdrawal before maturity date, replenishment and partial withdrawal;

credit accounts management: accepting applications, displaying payment schedules, loan calculator;

utility payments;

cash acceptance and dispense;

buying and selling unit trusts shares, shares exchange, accepting various statements concerning unit trusts.
