Coreqts - Comprehensive front office automation system

"Coreqts" is a front office automation solution for a bank (financial organization), ensuring automation of the whole process of communication with end users of banking and financial services.

 

The solution covers the whole cycle of customer communication with back office, offering a suitable location and process.

Features

"Coreqts" offers mass provisioning of any banking products to both individuals and businesses at the bank's presence locations through its network of agents and the self-service process.

The product supports three ways of customer communication with the bank (financial organization) as covered by a purchased pack and governed by usage of banking (financial) products:

  • Self-service

"Coreqts" offers the bank the capability to provide its customers with friendly and convenient tools for self study, self purchase, and self usage of a product.

 

  • Services at bank (financial organization) presence locations

"Coreqts" offers the bank (financial organization) the capability to render services to its customers with its own specialists at its presence locations (head office, additional offices, branches, remote payment offices, loan payment offices, etc.). All specialists would operate the same front office solution under the single window principle, regardless of the actual number of back office systems used by the bank (financial organization).

 

  • Agent-based services

"Coreqts" offers the bank (financial organization) the capability to sell its products through agent networks of custom architecture, with the capability to personalize both agent communication terms and conditions (as regards agent commission) and the very banking products sold by a given agent /group of agents/agent network.

 

"Coreqts" offers the bank the capability to implement a single comprehensive strategy of sales and rendering of new banking services  through intuitive, friendly, efficient combination of banking products, access channels, and service provisioning processes. It allows the bank to establish complex schemes of running banking products, with various subdivisions of a client and the bank to create and process them. With "Coreqts", the bank obtains the possibility to create efficient schemes of co-operation between bank specialists, bank partners, and bank customers, without replacing legacy back office systems.

Client application or the very device (telephone) connects to a server application through the transport environment, which again affects mobility, security, and cost of a communication channel.

 

From the point of view of physical representation of end user maintenance environment, "Coreqts" supports sales and usage of products through access e-devices, software applications, and transport environment.

 

From the point of view of logical representation of end user maintenance environment, "Coreqts" supports sale and usage of banking (financial) products in various combinations, depending on available access channel and end user communication process.

 

Access channels and communication processes:

"Coreqts" offers the bank a single comprehensive approach to sales and maintenance of new unique banking (financial) products through intuitive, friendly, efficient combination of products, access channels, and maintenance concepts.

A combination of a device, application implementing UI logic, and transport environment ensures variety of methods to sell and use banking (financial) products. Any possible combination is a "service" or "access channel".
